I haven’t had a chance to make this post since I left for San Fransisco the following day. So here is a couple of photos from that day:

It was another fun weekend.
Friday I hung out at work till like 9:30PM and had a few drinks. There is a game room here and a co-worker invites a couple of friends over for pool every Friday. So I stayed around a bit, played a little pool (which I did pretty good too). I then decided to head over to St. Petersburg to join some girls I met thru another LJ community. Well, that didn’t work out too well. I didn’t know what the girl looked like who was primarily hosting the night out. I figured since another girl was going that I had seen before, I’d recognize her. She apparently didn’t make it out. So I get up there and I’m like, hmm, this is a bitch lol. I stayed for an hour and a half and never hooked up with her. I talked to another girl at the bar about this and that. I had a pretty good time.
Saturday night was planned to go out for the Sant’Yago Knight Parade. Some of you remember the Gasparilla Parade post I made a couple weeks ago, well this is an extension of the parade and the festival. It was a crappy night with drizzle so Tori, one of her friend’s from work and I didn’t make it down there till afterwards. I kinda wanted more beads!!! First off though, dinner was at this really great Thai place in the SOHO district. We were joined by another one of Tori’s work friends and his partner. The food was delicious; definately worth another trip back sometime. Flirt was the destination of the evening though. I had a really good time there again but I was rather pissy that it was full of straight people!!! I guess the parade had brought a lot of people into the club because the other ones were like packed. Hell, I go to a gay/lesbian club for a reason, not to be surrounded by straight people. Grrs. Hard enough trying to meet another girl in public. Anyway, I had fun and the drag shows were great as well. I had this Marine guy follow me around part of the night and I danced with him once. He didn’t know he was in a gay club lol. He was talking to me too much really so I finally was like, dude, it’s cool and all, I had fun but I like girls, sorry. The night was finished up being bad and eating breakfast at the Village Inn at 3:30 AM.
Sunday was pretty laid back. Tori and I watched Donnie Darko. The only opinion I have of the movie was that it was weird and a tad disturbing on some weird level. I don’t dislike it but I’m not sure I liked it. It was just weird.
I have to say, this area (Tampa/St.Pete) is so great. There is so many really cool things to do and stuff going on. I know I have bitched about living here but really, I do like it a lot.

My name is Erin. I was not always named Erin and I was not always a girl. One could argue that I am not a girl, perhaps a boy or both; maybe neither.
